  • Model 63N NACE Pneumatic Filter Regulator (M63N)

    New Fairchild model 63N NACE MRO175 compliant filter regulator is a service regulator for severe service conditions for sulfide stress crack resistant materials for oil field and associated equipment.   • Motorized Pressure Regulator (MP2400)

    The 24CC, 24CS, 24XC and 24XS M/P Converters are motor driven pneumatic regulators with motor assemblies enclosed in a commercial enclosure, typically used as automation regulators. The AC Control Unit for the 24CC unit is a continuous operation motor available in 115vAC. The control assembly for the 24CS unit is a stepper motor with an integral Translator Board which converts 23-26vDC digital pulse inputs supplied by the customer, into control logic to drive the motor. The AC Control unit for the 24XC unit is a continuous operation motor available in 115vAC. A feedback potentiometer option is available for these units. The DC pulse input assembly for the 24 XS unit is a Clock Generator/Translator board available for the 12vDC or 24vDC pulse input. This allows the use of an external Controller with a 12vDC or 24vDC output. The DC analog input assembly is an Amplifier (Proportional Control) and Translator board which allows operation with a 4-20mA or 1-5vDC analog input. Minimum-maximum limit switches are standard on this unit. Reverse action and split ranging on the analog unit can be achieved in the field. The explosion proof motor and housing is coupled to a pneumatic regulator assembly to provide the desired operating pressure range for any application. The Fairchild MP2400 motorized regulator line will handle a 500 psi, 35 BAR maximum supply pressure and offers eleven (11) different set point pressure ranges from Vacuum-10 psi, vacuum-0.7 BAR, vacuum-70 kPa up to 2-100 psi, 0.15-7 BAR, 15-700 kPa.

  • Low Pressure Motorized Pressure Regulator (MP2400)

    The Model 2400 M/P Low Pressure Converter is also a motorized regulator, however, this unit uses a larger diaphragm regulator as its pressure control device to facilitate high accuracy set point control. The pneumatic control circuit is isolated from any explosive environment by enclosing the motor and associated electronics an explosion-proof housing. The Stepper Motor configuration is equipped with a clock generator positioned horizontally, which plugs into a vertically mounted translator board. The configuration includes limit switches. The Stepper Motor is mounted on the bottom of the motor assembly in the base of the explosion-proof housing. Wiring to the unit is made to a terminal board through a 1/2" - 14 NPT conduit fitting in the base of the housing. The large diaphragm regulator attaches to the motor housing and provides precision control in three (3) available pressure ranges, from 0-20 in water column, up to 0-5 psi. In these configurations, the MP2400Low Pressure motorized regulator will handle a supply pressure up to 150 psi, 10BAR, 1000 kPa.

  • PAX1 Electric Linear Actuator

    Rotork Fairchild's all new PAX1 Series Linear Actuator can be used alone or it can be paired with a variety of Fairchild time proven pressure regulators, enabling remote control of the pneumatic pressure. Power is provided by 11-26 VDC and position is controlled by a 4-20mA signal or pulse clockwise or counterclockwise. The actuator is designed to lock in last place if power or signal are lost. The PAX1 is ideal when precise position control is required, and it has an optional analog feedback that transmits current position to the operator through an 4 to 20 mA Analog Feedback Signal. Adjustable motor speeds, customer set position limits and alarms are standard features.
    • The PAX 1is available in a variety of configurations and NAMUR mounting interface allow it to be flexible for use as an industrial actuator, featuring a 1" (25 mm) maximum thrust rod stroke moving at speeds up to 60 mm/min and a maximum thrust of 650 lbf (2,890 N), all in a flameproof enclosure. The unit in inherently lock in last place (fail freeze) as the thrust rod maintains its position upon loss of signal or electrical power.
    • The PAX1 can be actuated open loop using two optically isolated switch closure inputs (UP and Down) to move the actuator's thrust rod. The actuator will continue the move of the thrust rod in response to the inputs until either either of the adjustable stroke limits are reached.
    • The PAX 1 also has an isolated 4-20 mA analog input to proportionally position the thrust rod anywhere within its 1" (25 mm) stroke. Optionally, a 1-5 VDC non-isolated analog input can be selected by an internal DIP switch.
    • The actuator also includes two fully adjustable SPDT alarm relays (one High and one Low), providing critical positions within its stroke. The relays are latched so the alarm switch states are maintained when the power is disconnected.
    • The actuator also features UP and DOWN buttons and a 5/16" (8 mm) female HEX socket to allow manual actuator movement, in order to facilitate commissioning.
    All these features are allows accurate control and alarm functions on systems that remove power from the actuator between adjustments to conserve power, as typically done in solar powered installations.
